Hey guys, so I figured out timing is off on my car (this explains my low vacuum at idle) so I set the crank at TDC and the cam gears are about a tooth off (see pic below). Just wondering what would be the easiest possible way to correct this. I’ve been told that I need to pull belt and redo timing, and I’ve been told that I can unload the tensioner and try and adjust the cam that’s off. I’m open to any suggestion. TIA

I don't believe you can tell you without pulling the timing cover. The crank has a timing mark that needs to line up to a tooth at the same time the gears line up. You'll need to redo everything. Not a big deal.
