I have a 2g talon and everytime I start it it seems to tick for a few seconds until it goes away and runs fine. Does anyone know what this is?

4g63 or 420a?I have a 2g talon and everytime I start it it seems to tick for a few seconds until it goes away and runs fine. Does anyone know what this is?
Sorry for not clarifying, it should not be oil because I just changed it 2 days ago with some Lucas mixed in, I'm not too worried about it because it's always been there but I'm just wondering what it could be4g63 or 420a?
Could be lifter tick, could be that you are low on engine oil.
Since you have not posted anything about anything you have checked, or anything you have done previously to try to fix the car; I reccomend opening your hood to check the dip stick to make sure the car is not low on engine oil
4g63 also forgot to mention4g63 or 420a?
I'll see if I can get a vid of someone starting it and then send it here. The engine has 98k on itTake a video and share it here.
I would venture to guess it's the HLAs (lifters). Pretty common to get brief tick right at startup until they pump up with oil. It may or may not be an issue. How many miles does the engine have?
I replaced my "3g" HLAs and never realized how noisy they were all the time. New HLAs made a world of difference. I'd guess the old ones had at least 150k miles on them.
