1G stumbling at idle and lights dim out

i dont know whats going on with my car. when i let my car idle i gets very hesatant all my lights dim and my rpms drop from 800 to 450. my serp belt does squel when i start my car i dont know if that could be a problam but my charge light doesnt come on. i found a boost leak and fixed with a new clamp and my idle was fine for a few days now its doin it again. could it be another boost leak?

check the alternator. maybe the voltage regulater is faulty. Fix that belt, see why it squeels first tho. If it has oil or maybe its loose, also spin the alternator pulley maybe its binding.

i have this problem occasionally. Many times it is a boost leak (mine is always in the j pipe or lower intercooler pipes). One problem i have for some reason is my terminals; whenever my car's electronics are acting up (like lights, starting, and even ac/heater), it is my terminals that arent on all the way. I just jiggle'em until the power is ok. The other thing it could be would be you're alternator. Make sure you fix all you're boost leaks and then see how your electronics are doing. good luck
Oh, and btw, I also have a squeaky alt belt.

mine does that too but not to 450 like between 550 and 9 somethin, i was told mine could be fixed through ecm link that my car has, now my buddys 92 laser it revs up to about 2 grand continueously up and down up and down. call it the woom wooms . Any clues on that?

uh oh its got a case of honda surge..i had a mazda that did that check your TPS and IAC also i know with the hondas it can be from an air pocket in the coolant

cleaned the iac and got a new tps, sum guy told me that if you spray a bunch of throttle body cleaner in there and can form a layer around the inside of the throttle body? make any sence?

Double check all your connections and grounds for signs of corrosion, as well.

i checked all my conections rested the battery and alternator gettin the right voltage idk what it could be when im driving its completly fine only at idle it gives me truble
