While my car was down for the build something happened, it's cause could be mechanical or due to electrical (like when my cousin hooked my cables up backward) I don't know when this happened.

Here's the symptoms:

10a blinker Fuse in, left blinker stays on regardless of blinker switch position and wont shut off, right blinker, brake lights and Hazards are dead.
Fuse out, no blinkers work regardless of blinker switch position, but Hazards make all blinkers flash correctly and brake lights work properly.

I've swapped out the large box under the dash, and the switch itself appears to be in good shape .

Check for some grounds that may be damaged you may be chasing a short somewhere, this could be a bad relay several things, start with the wiring inspect all of it.

I've replaced the relay, and the switch. Can anyone tell me where the grounds are?

The green/yellow wire to the flasher module is the ground. Make sure it is present.
It's final ground point is G8/G300 which is under the drivers seat. It has splices in harnesses to get to that point.

Wouldn't have anything to do with these 2 unplugged harnesses and a random light bulb under my center console would it? I can't for the life of me figure out what these plug into....

Picture won't upload. It's a single black wire with white dots and a female black harness and a blue wire with white dots and a female white harness then a green and yellow/black wire running to a red LED. right next to my shifter....

Doubt it has anything to do with console wiring.
Does the left turn signal flash constantly or stay on solid?

It flashes constantly. As if it's stuck on. But when I remove the Fuse, it shuts off, and the Hazardsswitch makes all 4 flash correctly.

Also, my wipers work but when I shut them off they don't return to the down position, they stop wherever they are.

Don't know if those correlate.

Ah ok....

The turn signals work on a 2g by the turn signal column switch sending a ground to the flasher module. It uses a dedicated wire from turn signal switch to flasher module for left & right. The green/blue wire is a grounded in the left position. The green/red is a grounded in the right position.

If you look @ the diagram I posted it may help you understand what I'm saying...

In your case check the green/blue wire that goes into terminal 7 of the flasher module.
See if it has a constant ground. If it does find the short to ground. Disconnect the turn signal switch, check the column harness & main underdash harness to breakout behind the radio.

Dang... That diagram is beyond my comprehension. I'll study it tonight and see if I can make sense of it.
