Should I stripe my talon Pics inside!

I am soon going to paint my convertible JPB (java pearl black) and the rims STI Gold! Was wondering what you guys think about adding stripes. The stripes would be gold with black paint flake to be opposite the paint. I have always put stripes on my talons. Heres the pics

Clean=DSM...Stripes=Muscle Cars. That's just my opinion though. If you like the way the stripes look and want to do it, then do it. Your car is your car and you shouldn't let what other people say affect the way you mod/paint it.

hey now... i've got striped on my talon... i honestly think they look great it all depends on the position of the stripe.

It can work on a coupe, just not so much on a spyder. If you had to put one I'd keep it thin. Very thick stripes work better on square-looking cars.

I don't think the stripes look bad although they're not something I would personally do. That color is amazing though and gold rims are sexyy.

I love the bump in the hood! The stripes insinuate it very well! I am for sure going to the engine dress up!!! I may be leaning towards no stripes and just trying to keep it as clean looking as possible!

Stripes are for domestic, some imports but not on a 2g or 1g . there is a guy here wit a drk green eclipse wth light green stripes. NO POINT of putting to of the same colors

I have to agree that stripes are stereotypical for american cars, stripes on any other car looks out of place in my opinion.

Thank you captain smartass. Even accounting for the bump in the hood, the stripe still rides too far to the driver's side in the front and moves further in towards the passenger as it moves back. Thanks again.
