Hello Tuners!

I have been rebuilding my throttle body and hit an issue.

All 5 screws that hold the FIAV to the throttle body are stripped completely, and I had to drill them out carefully.

Now, does anybody know where I can order replacements? Or better yet, if anyone knows the thread pitch/length I can upgrade to an Allen head screw setup.

Any input is appreciated. Thank you!

Just use stainless Allen head bolts, I did and its fine, most people go that route as the oem screws will just go again if you ever take them out in the future

I used allen head, don't use the phillips again they strip pretty good. It's been awhile, I see here on my hardware order sheet the size was (4) 5mm x 0.8mm x 35mm and (1) 5mm x 0.8mm x 20mm, someone please confirm there are 5 total with one shorty, I rebuilt my TB 9 months ago so memory is hazy.
