Is it just my luck or do others have issues with case screws? I've had a few ecus where the screws were very tight and needed a dremel to allow a bigger screw driver. I have a eprom tcu where I only got 1 screw out, even the dremel trick didnt work. Guess I need to grind the heads off! :notgood: Any other tricks for those who mess with them often?

The heads aren't quite the same as a US phillips screwdriver. I use a driver with 1/4" hex bits and there is a P2R bit that fits the metric screw heads much better. Even with it there are some that are just overtightened and I've had to drill the heads off. When I put them in I'm careful not to torque the screw at all.
