Is one or the other of these Red Line Assembly Lubes better than each other?
There is a 4oz container that is not liquid and then there is this 12oz bottle that is liquid but still says for engine assembly.

Which of these should I grab? Rebuilding engine very shortly from bottom to top.

30wt motor oil.... That's what I use, crank bearings, cylinder bores, rings, pistons

ARP lube for ARP fastners

Crane moly lube for flat cams (4g63 do not have them)

White grease on the inside of seals, cam seals, rear main, any other lip seal
