The oil change was on Saturday afternoon and it blew out on Monday morning when I got on the freeway. Just a note to all those that might give a thought to a quick fix of having someone else do your oil: make sure that they check and tighten the spindle before installing the new filter.

you need to go forward with thier insurance company they wont want to go to court over this and will settle with you.
