Need to have a replacement for the EVO III Oil Filter Housing made up for the 7-bolts that want to run the external oil cooler without having to have the sandwich cooler on the oil filter. That would be great since it is discontinues and I will need one soon and I am sure others want one also.

Edit: Would also like to see some upgraded CV Axles for the FWD turbos. I have looked all over and have not been able to find them anywhere.

im all for the the oil cooler idea i would to see that i would get one too

This is also already available, just gotta find them. I just installed one on a '95 GSX last month.

Yeah I know that they are around but since the factory has discontinued them, they are getting harder and harder to find and getting one that is brand new and has not been molested is always better than getting a used one that you have no idea if it has been put through the "cleaners" and no longer works the way it should but it is the only one around and you really have no option and have to take the chance with it anyways.

Located directly under the spare tire hump is the fuel tank hump.... You can drop the hump about 1-1.5" without hitting the tank but your not going to get it flat without cutting the hump off the OEM fuel tank.

I searched this thread for dual tip and dual exhaust; no hits. I want a dual tip, 3" inlet muffler like Mack has without having to do all the work he did. I prefer the sleeper look, want good performance and don't like melon launcher tips. DSMtuners - - kenamond's Images

I like this idea. Dual tip mufflers fit 1gb's very well too.

EDIT: Heck, just a stock looking 3" straight-through style turbo-back/cat-back. As far as I know they aren't being made anymore.

+4 to that

i wouldn't mind painting it myself, but thats about it for work wise for me.

+1 with dual wall tips as small as possible without restricting air flow so they look like stock. These would sell like hotcakes, I dont see why a manufacturer hasnt done it.

2g drop spindles, esp for the front. Alum ones to save weight and to recess the part of the spindle that comes closest to the tires. Being able to run lowered with stock geometry and fitting a 275 tire tucked easy would be all doable. I would pay big money for that, being able to get that rake is critical, makes the car much more nible, aerodnamic and adds traction from reduced weight transfer.

what would this entail? how would you change the geometry? could you photochop it or ms paint it to give me an idea? i am just curious. would an aluminum piece have to be beefier than a stock piece or do you think it could stay the same size?

Here's a 3" inlet, dual 2.5" outlet muffler that you would weld up to your 3" exhaust, the weld a pair of tips onto to make it look stock-esque.

STREETPOWER Oval Muffler, 3" inlet x dual 2.5" outlet (Center-Dual): No Limit Motorsport

Anything's possible with a little ingenuity. ;)

i like the idea of the patch harness type thing but what would also be nice would be a patch harness which incorporated the thing dsmchips made to run the 91-94 ECU's in a 90 sure the wiring isn't hard but its still a PITA

Searched the thread, but did not see anything about aluminum brackets for the alternator and A/C.
It would save a little weight...granted very little, but still some.

Basically you take a stock piece then you copy it with all the places for the control arms to connect to it moved 1". All this does is moves the tire and axles 1" closer to the top of the fender well. The problems that we have for lowering our cars is that upper control arm hits into the fender itself. Now you keep the control arms in the stock location but the car is lowered 1". You would have a lowering kit for 1" lowered even if you have a bone stock suspension. If you design it right it should be as stronger or stronger than stock.
You can do a google image search for "drop spindles" to see some examples. They look exactly like stock spindles except all the mount points are 1" lower except for where the wheel attaches and the axle goes through that stays in the same place. Make sense? For larger tire fitment you just take the angle of the spindle and make it more square. I'll take a pic of the JDM GVR4 spindle and show the mods....

Also would be cool to use the JDM GVR4 knuckles as the basis, that way the EVO brakes are a bolt on deal i think that piece would really sell because people are spending $400 on knuckles just to bolt on evo brakes. You put them into a package like that and your good. EVERYONE runs at least 1" lowered, everyone. and people will be happy to have the option to tuck larger tires.

How about someone to take over Hayame and make some radiator brackets, and such. I'm going to go nuts because I can't find these brackets.

2g CNC'd bushings to replace where the cross member bolts to the core support.

Spherical brearing End links for the 2g.

POLYURETHANE SUBFRAME BUSHINGS.

and power steering rack mounts

YES, yes and yes to all of these
