I don't know how many OEM ECU hackers are still around, but I found something that might be of interest. It is a Toshiba branded TMP76C75T in a CLCC-68 (Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier). I find it very interesting because I can de-solder the metal cover and that should expose the bare die, so I can finally get a photo of a 76C75T (MH6111)! I've never seen, or even heard of these anywhere else. So I thought I'd share.

LOL. It's been such a long time since I last searched for the MCU data (and nothing found back then) that I've forgotten there was another part number besides MH6111. It was quite a shock to discover that the processor was part of the 6800 family while looking at the binaries and the opcodes and memory layout looked really familiar.

Somewhere around here I have a partial die photo. I wounder if I can find it. oops, looks like it's suffered bit rot. I hope I have a backup somewhere.
