O2 v, what the hell... new to tuning

At idle with the O2 sensor heated up it should cycle. That's a sign that the ECU is in closed loop and regulating the AF. Just like at cruise.

yea i eventually figured that out, now that i got the walbro 255 high pressure fuel pump its running a little rich around 0.98-1.00v @ WOT. ahh the fun of tuning.

P.S. do you think that a wideband O2 is a little far ahead of where i am at this point, i mean im still on the T-25, i would like to get one in the future though.

A wide band is damn near the best tuning tool you could have, a logger aside. It is the only thing I have left to buy to tune this damn thing. ;)
