Well im still debating getting what injector size. Im going to be running at the most 20 psi. This is with an Evo III 16g and on 91 octane gas. I dont have the money to get anything other than injectors right now and already have an SAFCII and logger. I also have a 190 coming that i will rewire. What size injectors do you think i should get with all ive said. Also i know a chip/dsmlink/maft would help but i dont have the money so with tuning with just the SAFCII and datalogger what size injectors do you think i should run. I want to break into 12's also if that helps.

550's would do the Job, but as we all know plans change so I would suggest some 650's.

I know you cant give me exact numbers but what setup (injector size, amount of boost on 91 octane) do you think would get me into 12's on this turbo.

The power in my house keeps going off so im gonna turn the computer off. Please feel free to suggest anything. Thanks guys. :rocks:

Your my hero scott....I run the same setup, evoIII @ 20psi w. 560's tho, and Im also on a stock clutch and aiming for 12's....Could only manage mid 13's on a 14b....

Weird enough, Ive gotten INJector duty cycles as high as 95% at 18psi on the evoIII....Maybe due to the stock 1g fuel pressure?

My EVO would max out the stock EVO injectors with boost dropping to ~20 psi, 101-103% IDCs. Hard to tell since your mods aren't listed apparently in an attempt to avoid the paparazzi or something, but the lower 1g pressure certainly will play a role. Lower base pressure makes the injectors "smaller." If you can tell me if you have cams or not I can run the numbers and see if your IDCs make sense.
