hi
i am running a race throttlebody with no biss no isc
cant get the engine to idle
unless i lock throttleplate at 5% is there a way to adjust this in ecm link?
i set the idle at various values in link but engine dont respond

any ideas?

thnx

Does it have an adjustable TPS?

Physically set the TPS manually for .65v/0% throttle. If you still show any % of throttle you can use the tab in link to set it to a -1 or -2 or whatever it takes to show 0%.

Ok, so I am looking at your log while I am at work and I see Excessive TPS adjustments that need to be taken care of MANUALLY, but you say that you are at .64V and 0% throttle.
I don't see an idle stop switch so I say you need to "enable idle switch operation"
See my screenshots and see if that helps.
The TPS is way out of adjustment, but try the idle switch box and enable it and see how it reacts.
I have NEVER seen a TPS so far adjusted and I think that is the whole problem.
Is there a reason you need that throttle body? I run a stock 1g and make plenty of go go.
Does that throttle body have an idle stop screw or bolt but no switch in it?
I also see that your O2 sensor is not cycling. You, in my opinion, need to simulate the narrowband with your wideband and I see that is not enabled either. That SHOULD get the o2 sensor cycling at idle.

I tuned a buddies car with a s90 with no ISC. Even when car is cold he has to hold throttle until it warms up then idles as it should. I have tried to talk him into putting a ISC back on it but he refused.
