Just went speed density today as my GM MAF setup was annoying. I hooked up my GM MAP to the GM MAF cable and the car idles without the sensor plugged in, but when i pop the connector on the sensor my car immediately dies. I can get it to idle @ 500rpm for a few seconds but it will barely stay alive. Im thinking my link settings are messed up. Ive attached a log that I took with the MAP unplugged and idling. Anyone notice anything funny? Wha are my ECU pin settings suppose to be set to?

Did you change the pin assignment and save from gm maf to the map sensor? Do you have a iat? Are you sure you wired it in yet? Have you read thru the wiki on ecmlink page on how to setup?

UPDATE: I had an idea and set up the parameters of the MAP sensor in link as a 1 bar, and she fired right up! So turns out they gave me the wrong sensor. After arguing with about 3 different stores they were all suggesting different part numbers and prices so I just ordered the sensor from ecmlink. Thanks anyways!
