Solve the puzzle, because I cant.

-Got the car running and driving for the first time last week. Took it out, boosted to 15 psi 2-3 times during break in and then a boost leak formed. I fixed the boost leak and now no more boost...

-No boost leak
-Boost controller is set up with one line to the compressor housing of my hx35 and the other to the boost port of my 38mm tial wastegate.
-The car runs great
-Compression of 165 across the board on the engine with roughly 10 miles on it (All forged internals)
-When I step on the gas the during 2-step it bounces off 4500rpm and doesnt past 0 on the boost gauge
-Have -14/-18 hg vacuum
-When I step on the gas and let off the BOV goes off
-The wastegate is not stuck open or anything.

The engine runs great, doesnt bog. I can rev it to 8k smoothly but build 0 boost. There is no leak.

The turbo is BLOWN. I am squirting oil past the turbine seals but the turbo still spins so technically is should create some boost, right?

I am running SD on DSMlink v3 and I got Power steering fluid all over my AEM 3.5 bar map sensor from it squirting from the PS rack. Could this cause the sensor to go bad? Kind of like a bad MAF sensor.

Im so lost and confused at this point. This engine is brand new and so is every part except the now Blown hx35. (Had a bent shaft when I bought it but was only going to use it as a break in turbo and buy a new one.)

haha no. But with all jokes aside, would that toast my AEM Map sensor? And wouldnt a turbo thats blown still boost. The turbo still spins freely and doesnt bind on the wall of the compressor housing turbine housing, so boost should still be made. And how would a potentially messed up map sensor cause 0 boost?

For one, get a new CHRA since you have a bent shaft or so you say. Re locate your MAP sensor to a spot where it's not going to see liquids dripping on it. It would be a good idea to test the voltage to be sure it's still good.

Is your gauge showing vacuum or is it staying at 0 inHG/psi the whole time? Obviously you are building some sort of boost if your BOV is going off. Can you feel the turbo kick in at all?

First off why are you revving a motor with only 10 miles on it to 8 grand. Geeez stay away from my car.
