I just installed an alarm with remote start in my car (manual trans), and I'm trying to make it not be able to start while in gear. So I'm wondering if there is a neutral wire or gear position indicator or anything that would tell the alarm it's not in gear? There is a neutral safety wire listed on a wiring chart I have but there is no indication if it is for a manual or auto. Thanks!
