Okay so I added a new 16g turbo to my Eclipse got it turned on and it was miss firing. Switched out the spark plugs, gapped them and it was still missing. Found out it was cylinder 3, why is it still misfiring

If its only Cyl3, then its probably not the coil, Could be plug wire? Try switching some wires and see if the problem moves with the wire. Could be a plug? same approach, switch and see.
Same thing cylinder 3 is still misfiring my brother in law came to help me out he said it’s the coil pack so imma get a new one tmr n see if it fixes ithttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bb-E-rdqN1w

We don't have individual coils. Unless you see physical damage to one tower generally if one cylinder misfires so will another on a coil failure. In your case number 2 would misfire also because that is the other plug on that same coil.

Before buying parts swap the coils. NOT the wires. Actually swap the coils electrically and see if the problem moves. Do you know what I'm saying?

First, before swapping the coils, swap the #3 and #4 plug wires on the spark and the coil sides.. you might have a bad plug wire. It's faster than swapping coils. but do that too after if you don't see your misfire move to #4.
Could even be a bad connection from plug wire to coil

I have seen plug wire boots that aren't vulcanized to the wire. They slip down and it's difficult to get a good connection. Look in the boot . More so if the spark plug clip doesn't lock on well or at all.
