90 gsx plugs 2 and 3 not firing

im new to the gsx,i just picked up a 90 gsx and was told when i got it that spark plugs 2 and 3 wont fire,so far ive tried two different good ecu's with no change,,ive changeded the cas and power transistor and still no fire on the two plugs,found out theirs no ecu signal for the coil pack that 2 and 3 are on,does any one have any ideas

Find the break in the wire coming from pin 55 of your ECU.
