Does anyone know what is causing this leak? It is at the outlet of the turbo, my engine has been leaking oil and I am pretty sure this is the main reason for it. There is definitely something leaking from here because when I start the car and rev it a little bit there is a wet gunk here. Is it an exhaust leak or a coolant/oil leak? And is this from the line in the picture or from the turbo itself? It's a Evo 3 16g turbo on a 4G63T from a Eclipse GSX. I'm selling this car and getting it running right with no leaks will help me find buyers. Thanks.

As jak220 said, I would ensure it’s tight, you could Teflon tape it and see if you see any leaked from there, you might have to push the car a little to see if it’ll leak because it seems like you’ve had the issue for a while so it might just be a slow steady leak
