Kiggly regulator AND ER oil pump sprocket combo

What's your question?

Doesn't the Kiggly regulator go into the head? That seems like a good idea no matter what you do to the oil pump sprocket.

Yeah the regulator is already in there, I guess my question is whether or not using the sprocket with this is overkill or not for a street car that'll never see 150mph. Plus, I read if I go with the ER gear I need to also pair that with some adjustable cam gears to make up for that 2deg retard. Can't that just be made up for it ECMlink?
