Whats up guys, so all September i was preparing my car for the first annual DSM-Shootout in San Antonio Texas. I street tuned the car the night before the event and went to bed till 5:30 AM and woke up and hour later :| I got tuned my car perfectly for my taste and went to the 2 hour drive to San Antonio trailing the car because i still have that Vatozone axles. LOL

Got to the event and participated on the pro class, unfortunately i didn't win but my best pass was a 11.44, my best trap was 128 and my best 60ft was 1.67, all runs on street tires.

I ran the car like 8 times, i wanted to get used to the twin disc clutch i installed 4 days ago, for some reason it was boosting 28psi instead of the 31psi of the night before. There is definitely a high 10 pass the way it sits now.

Hows the boost control on it? Does it hold pretty solid, or is it all over the place?

I went the same as your first pass on my hx35 but with 4 psi less. Man if I could ever get my car to the strip when the planets are aligned in the correct order, my car has got a 10 all over it.

great job not bad green are monster! and there under raited see you around someday when i get mine to run right darn 6 bolt if i new i would be this hard i would have stayed 7 bolt
 
I was wondering that too, since I was assuming it had to be one of FP's new Green's. When does your green start to make boost, and when does it hit peak boost?


Hell better yet, can you post a log of the boost curve? (and let us know what gear you were in?)
 
Congrats on the runs! The green is a little monster. I enjoyed it when I had mine, the old school non hta green. Ran it at 30 psi on E85. So sad there are no E85 station in the Triad area in North Carolina. I am missing the HEB E85 already....

Im stoked to make my switch to e85 cause I'm running the exact same setup pretty much except 9.0:1 compression. Should add some extra power. KIDTSI is probably a way better driver than me though haha, never been to the track yet. Is it gonna be a track only car and do you have a 4 spider 2 spider or welded diff?

4 spider man. I found my internal wastegate rod is too long even when screwed in all the way, an easy fix would be cut the theads on the rod shorter ### it was leaking on the flapper found out a day after the track, but i got an external anyways.
 
Nice nice, i had a 4 spider on my old the and grenades third and had to drive 60 miles that way so it toasted everything inside the tranny, i decided to go with the welded diff to get some stronger launches. Your results make me really excited to get my car back on the road. Trying to fix some stupid wiring harness connectors now.

Also have you thought about switching to SD and getting rid of the maf. English racing has proven that upgrade to be over a 20whp increase, not to mention a more solid tune.

On the log was 41lbs/min maybe is wrong, my flapper moved like 0.5mm so maybe that's why i dont know.

I assume you have checked for leaks. At 23 psi i was seeing 50lbs min on my old non HTA fp green. IDK how much the higher compression engine has to do with this but that turbo has balls. Do you have any dyno results from the car?
