I was wondering that too, since I was assuming it had to be one of FP's new Green's. When does your green start to make boost, and when does it hit peak boost?


Hell better yet, can you post a log of the boost curve? (and let us know what gear you were in?)

Here is the Mustang Dyno sheet, sorry for the crappy picture. 409awhp on mustang dyno and 502awhp on Dynojet like isaid setup is not maxed out at all i tuned it myself so i know how much is left on it. I don't care about number though just times.

Nice nice, i had a 4 spider on my old the and grenades third and had to drive 60 miles that way so it toasted everything inside the tranny, i decided to go with the welded diff to get some stronger launches. Your results make me really excited to get my car back on the road. Trying to fix some stupid wiring harness connectors now.

Also have you thought about switching to SD and getting rid of the maf. English racing has proven that upgrade to be over a 20whp increase, not to mention a more solid tune.



I assume you have checked for leaks. At 23 psi i was seeing 50lbs min on my old non HTA fp green. IDK how much the higher compression engine has to do with this but that turbo has balls. Do you have any dyno results from the car?

Yes i checked for leaks no leaks at 40 psi, i know that somehow is reading the lbs/min wrong.

There ya go, SD is a little bit more confusing to tune at first but i like the ability to adjust a broader range of points more accurately. What psi was the dyno tests done at?
 
I'm not buying the new green until you find out your actual lb/min because if 41 is the case, I flow more with my old style ROFL.

I guess if your not running a MAP sensor the airflow readings probably aren't as accurate because its measuring air drawn in instead of the actual airflow. Congrats none the less
Unless he vented his BOV, has a bad boost leak or has a breather open to atmosphere on the valve cover, airflow drawn in and actually measured by the sensor is more likely to be accurate than a calculation involving VE, especially if the injector settings aren't absolutely perfect. My guess is that he's unknowingly skewing the MAF transfer function in his tuning somehow.

You mean the stock MAP? On top of manifold?

That's the MDP sensor. Does nothing for measuring airflow. It checks for proper EGR function only. That's why everyone who can disable the CEL code it throws just deletes it and uses the input to the ECU for something else, like a real MAP sensor.
 
I'll just stick with my old style then. I'm getting a little over 50 at that power level.
 
Got myself this...

I'm planning on getting 245/45r17 Nitto nt555r DRs, or another set of what i have already. 235/40 NT05 which are not DRs, still debating, my best 60ft was a 1.67 on the NTO5.
Hope i can hit the 10.7 this December. :pray:
