This is what you can expect from E-85 with stock internals. Iridium NGK plugs - “7” temp range, gapped to 0.22”

How cold is cold? Mine doesn't crank that long on full E85 but I'm in Florida. Not sure if that effects it or not.

Can it get cold enough that it'll never start until its warmer or will it always eventually start, but just way more cranking?
NorCal, Isn’t that cold - 60’s, but yeah - 40’s track side in the morning is more challenging.
I’ve pulled plugs and used a lighter to get them warm enough to fire. Tedious, but effective. Once it fires over, it starts easy peazy the rest of the day.

Your CrankingFuelAdj is set almost identically to mine. Unless you have changed it since March 21.

This was just now, at these temps.
Yours, if it continues to run rough like that for about the next 10 seconds, it probably has CrankingFuelAdj too rich.
I'm just going by that's how mine sounded for about the first 15 seconds when my CFA was at the default settings.
The initial running smoothed out some when I brought those sliders down a ways.
It sure starts up quick though (yours does).

The whole map is rough AF. Lol. That's next on the list now that it's on full E85. It's essentially untuned everywhere but WOT and some of cruise.

This is the result from the last edit:
Hmm. Either way you had to run the starter for about 5 seconds. But this time it did more bumping along the way.

I've always found with this car (and also with my 1994 Jeep) that I could reduce my total cranking time like this:
Crank twice instead of once. Never more than 2 seconds per crank. First crank can be 1.5 to 2 seconds. Then just let go of the key and let it sit for ~1.5 seconds. Then crank the 2nd time for max of 2 seconds. If it still doesn't want to go, let go of the key for ~1.5 seconds and then give it the 3rd crank.
This I find pretty good, even when I am using 5 seconds (or however many seconds) of fuel pump prime time setting in ECMlink when I turn the key to ON.

Justin I notice that the 2g Stock values are a lot lower (leaner) than the 1g Stock values, for Cranking Fuel Adjust.
I wonder why that is?
You can see the 1g Stock values in my table here:

And, it might be irrelevant for you running full blast E85, but here I show my InjOn time highlighted in thick dashed red lines, along with a few other things in my cold start log from April 13, 2025. That huge bump to 11.72 ms in this case, wow, you don't get that at all if CrankingFuelAdjust isn't working. Which it wasn't on my car for a while in 2022 when "KeyStart" wasn't working.
This was 1.4 seconds of cranking:

I’ll log these new items, and try smaller changes

Did you end up using the carstickers.com site for these? I’ve got some things I need / want to try.
https://www.carstickers.com - yeah - These folks were quick

I do NOT recommend - TrackDecals - These folks were slow - like months slow, and they don't respond to e-mail even when you want a refund. After requesting a refund (less than 20$) I gave up - yet the order arrived eventually. I wonder if this is being outsourced and then re-shipped. Their excuse of having trouble getting supplies is played out.
