If you still have some trace of e85 in your tank and you're slowly working it out you will be chasing the global % until it is all gone. If you ever do go full e85 via 'pump' (idk what you have access to), I have had to make a global change of up to 5% between actual e85 and the winter blend of e70. I guess if your fuel isn't stable your global % won't be stable.

That aside I don't see any issue of a stiffer wg spring and/or boost control. Give it full beans.
The E85 is the more stable part of my mix at the moment. What changed was the various sources for gasoline. Sometimes it was 94 (thank you nevada), sometimes 91 (california) At the moment I’m just burning down all my mixed gas in anticipation of going 100% E85. I expect to drive until I’m below 5 gal in the car, then I’ll pump the rest out, and start with a full tank of the good stuff.

Anyone else tried to make their LCD look like the incandescent dash lit controls? Its hard.

The LCD at night can be overbright. The camera exposure exaggerates the issue. The darker shot is closer to actual perception. The backlight is not dynamically configurable, so it stays at a brighter level for daylight viewing, and I was able to force a darker-orange display color pallet when the computer is night scheme after sunset.

1. Switch to 100% E85 - stop mixing and deal with E85 cold start issues.
6. IC and cold intake ducting (maybe a new IC? newer tech)
12. Remove and re-pack driver side front axel - grease puked out

Almost ready to address 1.

New hose end fits the factory style fuel filter. Boy did I learn a lesson- Battery acid is no joke. If you see leaking arround your battery - you need to neutralize that shit fast. lots of water and windex.

New thing arrived from @turbosax2 - A rear tow loop mount point that hides under the rear bumper cover, replacing one of the bumper mounts. This is basically required by some track day clubs. If you have ever had to pull a car out of a ditch off track, you will know the pain of trying to do it, and be glad you had a spot to tie in at the ready.

And to get the back bumper off - you basically have to disassemble the whole rear interior to do it.

I saved this task to group with another that requires removing the bumper, so I’m gonna take care of two things.

OK - just in case someone follows me down this rabbit hole, I'm going to post example files of a "RC.log" - the native file format for ASL's RaceCapture hardware and software.
The other file will be a "CSV" (comma separated values) file export from a ECM Link ECU data log.

Then a final file will be the result of the process I use to merge the two files together. These files have different timecodes, and different number of samples per second, the ECU being about double the sample rate of the RC.log data.

Note: The header of the data in ECM Link is really different than the header of the RC.log, because RC uses the header structure to define the name, min, max, units, and frequency of data. Oh - I should mention - RC.log is a sparsely populated CSV format (very efficient), where a channel is only updated at it's defined frequency. (a flexible use of data stream). The ECU log by comparison populats every value at the maximum uncompressed one value for every sensor, every herz. (impressive bandwidth from ECM Link - IMO) Making this merge was painful. I needed Excel, a UTF8 compatible text viewer (to remove extra " characters created by Excel), Then I needed to debug a number of steps from pre-merged (where you can still change the data alignment with a simple time offset in the merge) to post merge to ensure the file was pure and indistinguishable from a native RC.log file format.

Note: DSM Tuners won't let me post a ".log" file, but it will if the name ends in ".csv" so I added .csv to the log file names.

That was my thought but I was waiting for a pro to respond first!
Its not a difficult change, but one I’ll have to do as time permits. The ID is different, takes PTFE hose ends, and I’m not in the mood to re-tool for it.

The connection that will give me pause, is the return hose from the regulator to the OE hardline. Bigger ID would be bad for that spot.

Is PTFE lined fuel hose required for E85?
Normal AN lines are E safe but lined is better because it also contains the smells and vapors. Lined lines are 100% if ran inside the cabin for safety.

Too good not to share... This is the entire last session before my off track shenanigans. John towed me up to speed leading the way in the EVO - and he eventually drove away from me as I tried to remember the ideal line. I was really learning a lot about the track, the car, and doing stupid things with my hands just to see how the car would respond.

And for anyone interested in the raw data that goes with the raw footage - Enjoy

Also forgot to post this up! But for your hardware getting loose. Use these nord washers, they wont come loose again and resist vibrations. I use them in many places now. Suspension, exhaust, brakes. They do great

There is no easy way to remove the rear bumper cover.

Jack up the rear, remove two wheels, remove the back fender liner to get to the corner bolts.

All the lower rear interior has to come off:

This lets you remove the tail lights and center garnish, and THEN you can get to the cover bolts top and bottom,

Undo the license plate wiring, and in my case unmount a rearview camera so that, you can carefully lift back the cover. Don’t forget the cover clips that tie into the bumper.
