Hello,

Noticed that carbonetics Instagram page is missing and i haven't been able to get a hold of them in a week or so. I had a hood go missing during transport from them and they were supposed to file a claim/refund me but i haven;t been able to reach anyone or get a resolution on the problem.

I’ve been trying to reach them for two weeks now on Instagram, email and what’s app and I’m getting nothing back. I’m currently out a hood I paid for.

I’ve been trying for over two weeks now to reach them anyway possible. Also trying a chargeback at this point, was hoping it didn’t come to this considering I’ve supported them and bought a lot even when people bad mouthed them
