Just chiming in as I never received a hood I paid for and now his Instagram is down and he’s not responding to me. Before this I never had an issue as I’ve ordered a lot of stuff but it’s been radio silence for over two weeks now from them and I’m out a hood and they have my money.

Short story is a skid arrived with 3 things. 2 where there and an empty box for a hood was on the skid.

Been dealing with Carbonetics for a hood I purchased in July of 2024. Emails are never responded to when I send them. The only way I've been able to get in contact was through Instagram DM. He told me he was working on my hood and was shipping it out soon. This was back in June of 2025 and I have yet to receive a hood.

Might as well ask for a refund. I'm on the same boat at the same time frame. I have a feeling we both won't be getting out products. I've been so patient I never bother the guy. Maybe contact him every 8 months to check and I get the same respond he's working on it. I'm at that breaking point. I'm asking for a refund very soon.

I ordered a complete lip kit from carbonetics, same story as everyone else, I paid to upgraded to forged carbon by Sergio’s recommendation as I would “get my parts faster”. I could see what was happening and a few days before my pay pal protection expired I filed a case, this got things moving, I did receive my kit complete. When I wanted to get a rear diffuser I went to Simon at tuningartofficial I have nothing but good things to say. Matched carbonetics forged pattern great communication and beat his estimated delivery time. Anyone looking for carbon go with Simon
