interference/buzzing noise when blower motor is on

ok guys i just bought a talon, its got a few issues, oil pressure gauge doesnt work but completely irrelevant to my question, which is when i click the blower motor into any of the on speeds i get interference thru my front speakers, the motor connector itself isnt making a great connection, if i wiggle it, it will sporadically work and not work, but the interference noise is there whenever the motor is on/working. any insight would be fantastic, im going to try searching some more.
