1G Intake manifold vacuum lines and connections

I've been googling and searching and I'm still coming up empty handed. I found the taboo vacuum line diagrams so those mostly answered my routing questions, but there's one port(?) on my intake mani that I'm stumped on. Is it some kinda of mount for the fuel rail or a vacuum outlet port?

So the PCV valve on the valve cover goes straight into the one on the intake manifold that I pictured, correct? I'm assuming the nipple on my IM is broken off?

The PCV actually threads into the valve cover, the nipple of the PCV is connected directly to the nipple you were pointing at in your original post. You probably just need a PCV valve.

Better yet, get an extra fitting from off back side of intake manifold anf screw into valve cover deleting the pcv valve and run a catch can between vc and intake manifold

I'll get a catch can setup together later on, right now my main focus is getting the motor together, in the car, and running correctly.
