Hey friends,

I have a 1g TSi
i just finished pulling my intake manifold and it was all hell. But after a few stripped bolts and a lot of swearing it came right out. To take it out I also removed the manifold support bracket which had 2 electrical connections on it. one connection has one wire coming out of it going nowhere. Is it suppose to be like this or did i botch something? Also, what are these two connectioms for? I have some pictures ill post.

No LOL that knock sensor wire goes to the knock sensor it is located about dead center of the block on the intake side and that wire is ruined buy a new sensor without it your car will pull timing and throw a check engine light
