I have been messing with this motor for a long time trying to get it to idle smooth. I cant seem to get it to idle very well. I built it about 4 months or so ago, everything is new with lots of mods. Any help would be very helpfull. Thanks. My mods are:

95 Talon TSI AWD, 6 bolt, .020 weisco pistons 8:3.1, Eagle rods, OEM knife edge crank, Evo III 16g, Stage 2 ported head, Turbonetics "evolution" WG, Punishment recirculated o2 housing, 3" exhaust turbo back, FMIC w/ all hard piping, 1g BOV, FIC 950's, AC/PS delete, gauges(oil press, boost, water temp), Innovate LC-1 WB, MBC, dsmlink, Fidanza flywheel, fuel pump re-wire,GM 3 bar,Aero FPR, Aero fuel filter, SS feed line tank to return line, Wally 255, HKS 264/264.

So whats the real issue. Is the idle just jumpy? Log looks good, fuel trims are good. How does it run at WOT? What plugs, gap and wires you running.

Your AirFlowPerRev looks really high. Have you verified your base fuel pressure is correct? If it is, I would try playing around with the deadtime to try and get that value lower (.24 is the goal).

You're on a stock MAS, correct? If so, why do you have those crazy high adjustments in your MAFComp section? You shouldn't really need to adjust that, especially not +70.

I'm assuming you have a 1g CAS?

You need to use the TPS adjustment wizard, as it's reading a bit high at idle.

You need to adjust your preferences for the values you're capturing. For example, your AFRatioEst reads extremely lean because it's thinking you have 450cc injectors. The edit the preferences, right click on the value below the graph and click "______ preferences..."

Other than that it doesn't look bad and your CombinedFT looks great. I'd say after you adjust that stuff and do some more rev and cruise tuning, post up a 3rd gear pull from 2k to redline.

Well the issue is that the GM3Bar is telling me im at or around 11 or so in vacuum which is really low. I should be around 18 with my 264 combo, but I guess not. As far as plugs adn wires im running 7es plugs NGK wires, plugs gapped to .28. Base fuel pressure is at 43.5 with no vacuum on it. The sliders for the maf are high because thats where the "MAFadj:CombinedFT" put me at. I am going to go change that up a little bit. I am on the 1g CAS with my 6 bolt. I can get a pull this weekend sometime. I will post a new log up here when I get it all done. Any other suggestions on the idle?

So I have some questions. I have this 6 bolt in my 2g and I have swapped all the things I need to, like swapped injector trigger wires on the harness by the ecu, swapped plug wires 1 and 4 with 3 and 2, and I have the invert cas box checked, do I need all of this done or is it to much? Also with the swapped plug wires, when I hook up the timing light, do I still put the clamp on the #1 spot closest to the timing belt?
