MODS
big 16g
FMIC
190 walbro rewire
DSM link v3 lite
1050cc FIC (450cc still installed) installing 1050's Monday
MBC
AEM WB (installed in down pipe before flex) also not connected to DSM link.

I have watch the tutorial videos a couple times. Just looking for your guys opinion on this.

Car runs rich at idle, and lean under boost.

Log is a idle with a rev. The cruise log didn't save. I'll post one on Monday.
Thank you in advance for your inputs.

You might want to take a look at your DTCs tab - you're throwing an 0012 Volume air flow circuit malfunction code.

1. Get the injectors installed and post a new log. Kinda pointless to look at the one above when you know you'll be changing them out.
2. Get the wideband input to the ECU and start logging it.
3. Make sure you read this thread and go through every item (and post results after you've done so) - http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/ecm...efore-you-ask-ecmlink-dsmlink-log-advice.html
4. Make sure you read this thread and add all appropriate values - http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/ecmlink-tuning-log-file-advice/444831-list-values-log.html
5. Your o2 sensor isn't cycling like it should be. When you start the car from being cold, does it act differently, or does it just rise in voltage until .8x and then stay around there?

Thank you sir for the input.
Do you have a link on how to tie in my WB into the ECU?
Im unsure if the O2 is doing what you described. I will look into it tomorrow with the injector install.

Ill read through your links. Thank you. Ill post a new log tomorrow.

A friend of mine has this exact same issue posted here, also boggled about what the issue could be. Same DTC code, and his 02 only oscillates when he revs, it never goes into closed loop despite having a fully warmed up engine at idle. He cant rev past 2500 without crazy breakup either.

I looked into the ECU inputs. which one would I connect the WB to? Front O2?

You have options.

You can take your existing front 02 sensor out and replace it with a wideband, then in ecmlink you would set the front 02 input as a wideband (select your wideband from the dropdown), you can then setup narrowband simulation using the wideband.

Or

You can tap your wideband sensor somewhere else on your downpipe then splice the wideband signal wire into where your egr ecu pinout wire would go, then just set eculinks egr pinout to be the wideband.

I would prefer the second option. Then I would not have to plug the existing WB bung. Do you mind elaborate more on the egr connection? Which pin it is, and what wire to hook where?

So I did not have a chance to swap the injectors. But I did log a start up. The front 02 does just climb to .85 and only moves with throttle. So if I tap the WB into front 02 spot and change link settings to front being WB.....will the fix my problem of the 02?

oh ya, start up log...

Ok.
Second log with 1050cc FIC and tps set to .63v.
I noticed that when I started car after tps re positioning it read .67?
Anyways here is the log of a cruise at running temp, with a couple pulls.

Running very very rich at idle now.

I unchecked the sd, still kicking 0012 code. I also tried adjusting dead time, and global. I noticed the more global fuel the richer. So I brought it to -75 (max) and she would lean out. Around -72-73 I would get a 14.7:1 idle. But on the throttle it will hesitate and above 2500 rpms it would lean right out and feel gutless.
What are your thoughts on this?
