Okay I just took off and I will try to do that and re post

EDIT: also I put up af ratio and clicked props and it says 450cc injectors but when I ordered it they were supose to program it for 750's and thats what it says on the box.

Are you on the stock maf?

Try to get your intake temps down.

Bring the 6,000 rpm slider down 3*.

No wideband?

Have you at least checked your idle and cruise fuel trims?

Verify base timing is at 5*.

Are you on the stock maf?

A: Yes, cut the housing around it and took out the silencer

Try to get your intake temps down.

How?

Bring the 6,000 rpm slider down 3*.

How also?

No wideband?

No, I plan on running lead at the track

Have you at least checked your idle and cruise fuel trims?
No I am new to DSMlink
Verify base timing is at 5*.
It is.

....

Change the properties of your values. To do this, click on Display > Values, then go through each value in the right box and click on the Props button, if you're able to. Some do not require this, while others do. For example, your A/F Ratio still has the properties of stock 450cc injectors.

Log your TPS and make sure it's in spec (.63v as well as 0-100% when on/off throttle). If it's not, here's how to adjust it:
dsmlinktpsadjustment [ECMTuning - wiki]

Calibrate your MAS, as stated above:
http://www.jeffgst.com/gmafcalibration1.html

Calibrate your fuel trims (idle, rev, and cruise tuning):
http://www.jeffgst.com/gmafcalibration2.html

Follow this guide. Make sure all of the "Before You Start" items are correct, otherwise tuning is pointless. This is the same as the fuel trim page above, but gives a bit more info.
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-tuning-ecu/262460-basic-dsmlink-tuning-guide.html

And finally, read some of the links here. It's some very good info.

Then post up some logs of whatever you have questions on or want us to check out and we'll help.

Its pretty HUMID here today its got to be in the 85+ range and 85* outside.

ECM Tuning will not program your value properties - only your fuel settings (under ECU). As I mentioned in my above post, you have to go change all of those.

How to get intake temps down (yes, I know they're for 2g but the concepts are the same):

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-intake-exhaust/194759-diy-cold-air-intake.html

How to bring the 6k RPM slider down 3*:
Make sure the computer is connected to the car and the key is on (so the computer can access the ECU). Click on ECU/Logfile > Timing and go to the 6k column and bring the little arrow down 3* (click on it and push the down arrow 3 times).

I also need to figure out why its idling so frecking high.

I meant timing. snowborder explained how to do it that is why I didn't reply.

What does it idle at? Capture iscposition at idle and see what that number is.

Some of that knock is deffinately not actually knock. Make sure the sensor is tight but not overtightened and nothing is coming out of it.

so are you saying phantom knock at low rpms and real knock at 6500 range. so do I add fuel at that mark?

In the previous log I suggested moving the 6,000rpm timing slider down to see if it would get rid of the knock. I would still do that.

You need to figure out why it's picking up knock in the lower rpm's before doing anything else. It's probably a bad sensor. It could also be something banging, like the exhaust for example.

When the sensor starts to see knock it can be hard for the knock reading to go back to 0 which might be your problem with the upper rpm's.

That helped. I also have a bit of knock while cruising at 65 its only 7 counts.

7 counts of knock is alot imo. But if you are experiencing the knock under vaccum then it is most likely phantom knock.
