My first log!!!!!

Boost creep in the higher rpms.... didnt get the tune I want yet but its the best I could come up with in the hour I had

Also had boost est in there on the log. Getting my speed density set up soon. I heard that you can T off from the brake booster but im not too sure about that yet. Lemme know what you think!!

I see a few things going on with the log. For starters i'm seeing almost 15 counts of knock. Your also not getting 14v for some reason maybe your alternator is starting to go bad. How many pounds of boost are you running, and what are your a/f at wot.

If your on 93 and seeing 11.1-11.4 or so thats good. E85 should be 12.1-12.5. Do you have a rewired fuel pump? You should get that voltage thing fixed which could be causing your knock. Mean your not getting enough fuel at wot.

Tho you might be able to get away with locating the points of knock and taking out a few degrees of timing, do that and see what happens.

One thing I forgot to mention I put the knock sensor really high up on the block. Its not where its supposed to be. So I gotta move it down to a different spot. Just not sure each one. And Yes I wanna aim for 10.5:1 and get as close to that as I can get just to be on the safe side. Ill have to do more logs and watch my a/f gauge closer. That was a 2nd gear pull. I was enjoying 4th gear pulls on my "Tuning road" But had to head home. Forgot to save a log so I did that one real quick. Im gonna figure out where the knock sensor belongs and move it to the proper place then Get back to tuning. And Also Im tuning on the stock maf Im getting speed density installed (Ordered speed density kit and cable) soon so thatll make things a little easier I think.

And how do you tell how many counts it is? I just see the knockret go to 4.9 @ 6078rpms?

Oh and I have a new alternator. Its been on there for about 1k miles. Fuel pump isnt rewired. Battery is in the trunk.

OH! Just a thought on the battery voltage. I have a power transistor hooked up so I can charge my buddies laptop while Im driving around. Could that be it?
