Hey guys I just logged my car. Could someone interpret what this means?

16 counts of timing? hmm dont you mean degrees? or where you refering to knock? but i see you have a 2g in which they dont have a knock sensor.. anyway,

if you notice after 5400RPM my o2 voltage DROPS fast.. i have no clue what is causing that. could be low fuel pressure or what.

my mods:
ported 14b
rre ic piping
rre 3" dp
apexi n1 3"
rre MBC set @ 15psi
rewired FP
rre test pipe
injen intake
ported o2 housing

looks to me you are running a little lean from 3600 up. Is your o2 sensor shot? Those o2 readings don't look right. did you log knock count?

that o2 sensor only has 15k miles. so its fairly new. It will cycle at idle BUT when i rev it it goes lean. then will stay lean back on idle for a good 30-40 seconds, then the voltages bounce 0.2-0.8 as it should.

any ideas?

attached are a picture of my plugs:

what do you think

The plugs looks a little lean, but looking at a picture of plugs from that far away is hardly conclusive.

Was that full throttle?

It looks like you have a knock problem.

hehe that always cracks me up.

what are we looking at here 1st gear? 2nd 3rd ??
the log should be a 3rd gear pull from 2-3k RPM to redline.
if thats what it is .. ya can leave out the stuff after time=7244
i dont like seeing your timming going up and down like that.
did you just STOMP on the gas in 3rd? or did ya give it some.. then a little more later in the RPM's ? a basicly stock 2g.. should be able to get like 20-25 deg of timming at the top of 3rd.

dave gst,

this was done in 2nd gear at WOT.

do another in 3rd. most people agree this is the gear you should tune in ( your in it the longest in a 1/4 mile run )

agreed, log 3rd to redline... that way to can figure out why it feels bogged down between 5k and 5600. ok, so maybe you don't have that problem OMG

Hey guys,

I did a few logs.. I think my first o2 sensor is bad... but it cant be since it has only 15k miles.. but then again, who knows?

why do I say this.. well

upon my log today, I watched BOTH o2 sensors.. the first one goes lean after 4500rpm, while the 2nd o2 sensor reamains at 0.89 which is good.

Do you think the first o2 sensor is bad, sending wrong signals to the ECU, therefore screwing up the timeing?

I don't believe the ECU even cares about the O2 sensor reading at WOT. If timing is being reduced, it's usually due to knock, I believe.

sorta true -- but knock is also a direct cause of running lean. heance o2 readings are helpfull.

This is taken from www.pocketlogger.com

The O2 Volts is an indication of air/fuel ratio as measured from the O2 sensor. In closed loop mode, the ECU uses this sensor as it's feedback sensor to base any fuel trim adjustments.

The O2 Trim is a trim for that sensor. This allows the ECU to compensate for differences in sensors. Trims that are abnormally high or low *can* be an indication of a bad O2 sensor. o2 sensor values are ignored in open loop mode.

Yeah, but if your O2 sensor mis-registers at WOT (a lot of people's, including mine, drop to zero at WOT), then it doesn't do much for us....

What's strange as all of ours cycle just fine during part throttle.
