So I decided to log my setup and also check the horsepower estimator, apparently I can make 1000hp on a 16g if you go towards the end of the log and see the pull. I was also wondering if anyone else could check out this log and check and see if it's running ok or what should I change.

In several posts (unless I'm missing something), you are claiming that the WB stays in the 10:1 range, yet you are stating that you are maxing out your injectors.

If you want some help with your tuning, get the WB hooked up to the ECU and captured in ECMLink. Not many of us are going to bother looking at a WOT log if we can't tell how much boost you are running or what AFR's you are hitting.

Ok, i updated link and opened it. Cant say ive seen a knockret like that before. Do what Calan says, he knows more than both of us combined ever will about dsms dude LOL. Really you need to wire up that wideband properly to the ecu, its not that tough to do.

chase: update link. It worked for me. Just go and download the newest version and you can open the logs just like normal

I guess I am just not cut out for tuning I tried and tried the past few days but not working out. I hope I did not damage anything after working on those pulls. Now that I drive I get all this random crazy knock. I hope I didn't damage nothing I will swap sparkplugs and do a oil change but check this log out this is just cruising no building boost besides the fast spool of the 16g with a 14b hotside going up hills, I hope its something fixable let me know. I have also been getting check engine code p1400 manifold differential pressure. Crazy amount of knock at the end.

Very strange knock at end of that log, have you run a compression test recently? Also what's the age on your knock sensor?

You need to do some airflow calibration (fuel trims are out of whack), but the front O2 signal looks good and the car is running in closed loop.

The knock in the last log you posted is either:

1). phantom knock from something banging around, or
2). something going on with the sensor circuit itself, or
3). rich knock or knock caused by high-engine loading at low RPM (lugging the car in high gear at low speed)

Assuming you didn't hose something while romping on it with a bad tune :))), the knock signal at 69s and 105s looks like PK (#1), and the knock at 132 looks like noise on the knock sensor circuit (#2).

Pull the plugs and inspect them closely for signs of true knock. Do a compression and leak-down test, and go over everything (look for loose brackets, mounts, check the timing, etc). Get the WB hooked up to the ECU.

Be patient and work slowly...get the airflow properly dialed in before doing any WOT pulls.

Well I would like to thank everyone for there help. It looks like there is a lot of time needed to become a "tuner". I tried and got some idea but it was not enough, as this is my daily driver I had to buck up and get a tune. I would like to thank Lucas and all English Racing for there awesome service and great tuning. I think I will leave the tuning to the pro's for not until I get better insight. I now have full tune with speed density and I couldn't be happier. I think it's time for a bigger turbo, injectors and cams. Thanks again everyone for your help I am out in this sunny weather to enjoy my ride.:hellyeah:
