First three runs this year were at the shoot out. Two were bad runs with end result of 11.68 and 11.69. Best run started to break up in forth and shifted to fifth still breaking up ended up with a 10.57 @ 137.

Not too bad man. You can get into the 9's easy when you get all the bugs worked out. Keep us posted!

Blew transmission again. Wtf. Im done for the year. I bought a new used shell 92 talon that im swaping everything into this winter along with an 8pt. Cage.

Seems like it severely leans out up top...and that knock doesn't bother you? Just curious as to why you're using both the DA and sliders for fuel/timing adjustments too?

Yea bone stock transmission. And yea it was leaning out up top but have since figured that out, i just lowered the boost some LOL. I think i was running out of fuel a bit.

Did you expect a stock DSM tranny would hold the torque from a turbo that should normally be on a Semi truck? LOL

I think its time for a dog-box. :sneaky:

LOL at stock 5spd transmissions.. Good luck with that. You should know better...

Well all the teeth are still intact so were talking about a high mileage trans that has been beat to death. Sinchro rings have been shot since the first time i pulled it out just didnt have money to rebuild it completely. So im going to put a fully rebuilt one in this winter.

Full boost is about 5500 to 35 psi. Boostest is pretty close.

Nearly 6000 on our 2.0L Paul. And 6700 or so on my 1.6L. We have video of what it does on both cars in a single turbo setup. Let me know if you want them linked.

It depends on how hard I brake boost it. Lol. Usually 20 psi by 4500.

Somewhere around 5500. Maybe a tad later. But remember we live at 6000ft.

Im transplanting it into a 92 talon along with oringing the head and new headgasket. Also got another transmission going into it this year. Waiting for a buddy to weld my cage up then ill finish up.

Good to hear! Can't wait for you to get her on the track again and show us what she's really made of!

Yea that thing is heavy as hell. I just pulled it off and removed the compressor housing for an
elbow to be welded onto it.
