My cars head lights shut off, then the car stalled and wouldnt start and the car keeps blowing the ignition switch fuse as soon as i turn the key

well it keeps blowing the tail light fuse, and it blows the ignition fuse switch after 30 seconds of just the key on, the fuel pump wiring looked a little ghetto, so i should just try rewireing that?

well i unplugged the fuel pump, it still blows in about 20 seconds, i popped open the ecu and it looked clean and did not smell weird, when i turn the key on it sounds like a buzzing sound then the ignition fuse pops. The day it happened like 30 minutes before the fuse popped the car would start sputtering. so im kind of leaning towards the mpi relay or ignition switch. from what i see all the wires are good and theres no break in them. Im leaning towards a faulty component thats making the amps go to ground easier through it. the first time i replaced the fuse i could at least drive it for around 50 ft then it blew the fuse.
