How to build speed density cable

Can somebody direct me on a how to for making a gm speed density cable. I have all the parts just want to know the wiring thanks in advance

IAT uses sensor ground and the IAT pin from the stock MAS, and MAP uses sensor ground, +5v, and baro input from the MAS. It doesn't matter which wire goes where on the IAT, and the MAP wiring will depend on whatever MAP you are using.

I never heard of a custom one being made, don't know what you have to make one with, so Im kinda stumped.
