Assuming you have ecmlink v3, yes that first link is all you need. It has the pigtails included to solder onto your factory harness. The cable in the second link makes it plug and play so you don't need to solder anything, but it's for a GM map so not compatible with the mitsu sensor. So you don't want that if you're purchasing the bundle in the first link. You'll just wire up the IAT pigtail to your harness and connect the map like stock.
