i purchased the bundle SD of Ecmlink http://www.ecmtuning.com/product_info.php?cPath=28&products_id=50
came with the GM 4 bar MAP. I just got it wired and i ran up link v3 and followed ECMS website step by step and ive noticed there is not a selection for a GM 4 bar sensor, only a 3bar and a 3.3... there is how ever one for Omni Power 4 bar would that be the same as a GM 4 bar? or is using the selection for a 3.3 or the 3bar be fine?

Its an Omni Power GM "Style" 4 bar MAP its not a GM MAP so you would choose Omni Power 4 bar.
