Thought I'd share my idea for covering the small hole I had in my dash

Ok I gotta know....where did you get it? I have the starting of a "hole" in exactly the same spot on my '90. Let me know, I want one. :hellyeah:

friend who sold me my first awd talon back in 09 did something similar for the hole in the radio bezel, looked great. I have the hole now with my car and would like to do the same thing.

Love to see that he has the original stock radio/cd setup.
When I got my Laser, it had a big tear in that section of the dash. I thought of also doing the plate thing, but the tear was too big.
Went out to a yard and got a complete dash for 15 bucks to replace it with. Don't want to do that again...LOL

Thanks, where did you get the badge, salvage or is there a place to get one new?

Thats no joke, I have quite a few which = $$$$

The yards here in the Midwest are almost cleaned out. Very hard to find DSM's in the salvage around here which is a shame. I look for them in tree lines now.

Great idea. Maybe even find other emblems like off an eagle vision, flex fuel emblem if your E85, AWD emblems from different cars, ralliart, mitsubishi, or maybe even a wheel center cap if the hole is around 2" around. You could even spray it to match the dash to blend it in if you find something that you like but maybe its rough and chipped or you just don't like chrome.
