i change the power steering fluid because the old fluid was bad and was making noises while turning, but now that i change the fluid is making noises like a grinding or whining when i turn on the car and kind of hard to steer to left and right but when i had the car jack up it was easy to steer left to right. Is the pump bad? or is it something i did wrong. in case you're wondering what fluid i use is castrol ATF Diamond SP-II, SP-III.

Sounds like you have air in the system. How did you bleed the air out? Try jacking up the front to where the tires are off the ground and turn the wheel lock to lock with the cap off the reservoir, and add fluid as needed. Just don't overfill either. Let me know how it works. I don't like to assume parts are just bad without diagnosing and making sure the system is bled.
