Help Power Steering!

Hi, I have a 97 eclipse convertible just bought it needed the whole front end replaced well me and my husband fixed everything radiator a/c condensor etc. But we can't get around one problem which is the steering has been hard ever since and we've been having to dump power steering fluid in the resivoir like crazy because when the car is running moving stopped moving steering fluid just drains out fondue reservoir not foam just the fluid, I've been told it could multiple things from the high pressure like to the pump to a rack and pinion. If anyone has ever had this problem please help! Thanks!

What part of the reservoir does it drain from? Do you have a power steering cooler? Are all the lines connected? Pictures?

It flows out of the cap on the reservoir. No it does not could it be it's getting to hot and coming back up ? Yes all the lines are connected. I can have pics posted by Tomm morning.

Is the cap tight? Is there a seal inside the cap?

Replaced cap and reservoir they are both good. Could it be a chance of air pockets in the p.s. Pump?
