420A have connectors but nothing to plug them into

alright so i have a 1995 eclipse gs ive been rebuilding i got the motor in i got the engine harness connected .near the intake i have 3 connector that aren't plugged in. as far as i know im not missing anything. i cant figure out where these connectors go. also i turned the car over and i have no spark. i have new plugs, wires i just bought a new coil pack i haven't tried it yet but one of the connectors looks like one the that plugs in the intake manifold on the far left near the belts but that connector is already plugged in. ill get a couple pics of these connectors would anyone know where these go.

That's from the Factory Service Manual (FSM). You should have one...
