This is my first dsm in 6 years and my first ever dsm that I'm ready to build something. I'm planning on rebuilding the motor in my 95 gst, so my questions are; is there a guide on how to rebuild the motor and what's recommended for a 400-450whp build? The motor is have now needs a total rebuild so everything besides the crank will be replaced. I've been searching the forum and creeping builds but can't find much about the rebuild. Thanks in advance.

You should set a budget and stick to it. When I did my rebuild, "in my head" I was only going to spend 4 grand. I added up my receipts the other day and I'm over 7 grand already. I am pretty much done now tho but yes make a budget and stick to it. You don't want to have to stop half way in because you can't afford it anymore. Good luck. I have the same goals as you and let me tell you parts add up quick.
