[RESOLVED] Full rebuild dilema

Well heres the story I tore the engine to rebuild it, got myself some wiseco 9.0:1's(6 bolt 1gen) and eagle rods. Put everything back together and after charging the battery for a bit tried cranking it over, it "sounds" like its cranking really fast although the lights go dead momentarily when I start to crank it (obviously from the non fully charged battery) once in every 6-15 rotations the car will through a quick backfire and sometimes a whistle out of my dump tube. Any ideas or should I wait for a fully charged battery before thinking im screwed? I did this build in the snow in my driveway so im hoping its not all in vain. Also can anyone tell me what bolts are used for the oil return line end that goes to the oil pan I need to pick up 2 more of those and im not sure what type of bolt they are. Any help would be appreciated.

Alright well all has been good so far been running it about 650 miles so far everything is working well. I hope my luck with the rings works out in the end. Still havent gotten to the idle issue yet but its tolerable as long as I dont stop and go alot When I get the time ill check a few things and let everyone know if I get it working or not. Oh I did check the TPS and the sensor itself registers correct. So it could be the Idle switch. Gonna find out sooner or later. Thanks again.

Changed spark plugs and wires and it idles alot better now. Strange how bad plugs and wires will do that to ya Now leaking oil from multiple spots im assuming due to increased oil pressure blowing out 163k mile parts but all will be fixed in due time. If anyone has a 6bolt oil pan with the oil return line let me know im looking for the combo.
