which would be a better buy?
fuel lab for $140 or aeromotive for $150
i havent really heard anything about the fuel lab
heard lots of good things about aeromotive. just let me know what you would buy and why

i like the stm fuel lab kit.:thumb: comes with everthing and can get several color choices.

I run the aeromotive and it works like a charm.

I really dont think there is anything wrong with the fuel lab just a newer product that not many have used.

Dont know how bad a AFPR could mess up tho.

Well yeah fuel lab is a new company but i run there 6an fuel filter and there FPR and it works great i did not have any problems whith it. plus it looks way better than the aeromotive IMO..

yea i was looking at that thus the reason i posted this thread becaust ive never heard anythign about fuel lab fpr but lots of good about aeromotive
check out there oil cooler set , and they have a tank to rail set up also
.:thumb:

i've looked at everything on the site its all nice but once again i kinda dont buy when i havent heard about it at all

If you are worried about the Fuel Lab product not performing as well as the Aeromotive, just spend the extra cash and get the Aeromotive. I have one and it works great. You can see it shining in my Avatar :D

im not really worried, well i mainly wanted to know what people had to say about them, i try not to buy things i've never really heard anything good or bad about, but i plan on getting the fuel lab fpr

+1 for the FuelLab AFPR

I have had it on my GST since installing all my mods and it works great plus looks good under the hood. Either one are good products;) Id get ahold of MAPerformance and wheel and deal with them.....they might just cut you a deal

I've had a fuelab regulator in the car for a couple of years now. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.
It's a replacement for an SX regulator that popped a diaphragm.

I'm using Fuelab. My opinion? Get an Aeromotive A1000. Fuelab is a bit bulky for my taste especially with the pressure gauge attached. I hang it chilling right in the back of the driver side strut tower because there's no space for it to attach to the firewall. All the viable areas have the gauge hitting something. Either the intake manifold, battery, or brake booster.

I use aeromotive. The only issue that I had was, that after swapping the spring it was hard to make the sucker stop leaking. Once resolved, I have not had a problem.

I had (and still have) some troubles with My Aeromotive and after posting on here found thatseveral others had the same issue. If you do order an Aeromotive call ahead and ask if there's any issues with it will they take it back no problem? Fuel lab parst have been nothing but the top quality parts they look like, and that would be my first choice now after hearing how many others had my same issue with their aeromotive one.

The place i ordered mine from (can't name them here i guess) sold me one that was defective (they could NOT have known) BUT...the a$$hole tried saying it was me being in-competent and not knowing what i was doing...excuse me.. i do this stuff as part of my living and got my first ASE cert at age 18, i'm now 31.. anyway..they refused to admit that it could be defective. and well, lesson learned NEVER buy from them again... ORder from extremepsi if you have to order online..they are great!

Mine is on the firewall and fits fine.

+1 ^^^

All it takes is a lil imagination and moving somethings around and mine fit fine. Get rid of you vac system and that will free up a lot of room:thumb: however you go.

The Aeromotive is a tight little piece. Fit right on my firewall with the stock intake manifold. When I removed the Aeromotive and replaced it with the Weldon, that's when I ran into fitment issues. The Weldon is larger and required a SMIM so it would give more space on the firewall. The Weldon would not fit on the firewall with the stock manifold. Aeromotive worked fine for me, it's compact, and it cheaper in terms of making everything work.
I have no experience with Fuel Lab.
