I have 93 awd 5 spd with AEM v1, 6262pte, and 950 fic Injectors.

I have fuel coming out of my injector connectors and fuel coming out of my exhaust manifold. Car will run very rough for 1-2 seconds. Was showing engine load at 200 on the AEM. New to the AEM v1.

This has been a serious stress. Had house broken into, keys stolen, so had to get new steering column. And the wires on the car were messed up so I've had to repair a lot of half assed wiring. It's the only car I have to drive and nobody around Flint MI has talons or knows anything about them, so I get "don't ask me" all the time 😒.

Need some serious help . And yes I have a shop manual not Chiltons. I've checked timing and the injectors all click with 7volts. And used noid lights i get pulse to all. going to check cam sensor and isc.

God I wish I had someone who likes dsm cars close.

My fuel pressure regulator gauge goes to 0 immediately after shutting off car. the aem wideband is reading 10.5 when cranking. I just replaced the engine coolant temp sensor, didn't fix anything

Here's the aem screen shots

Sorry I’m not too familiar with aem. Does it hold fuel pressure? I’d pull the injectors and bench test them. Sounds like you have a stuck open injector.
Already pulled injectors did test with 9volt battery none were stuck open or closed and all sprayed normal pattern

Doesn't hold fuel pressure . May have found culprit . Put battery + back on and felt the wiper motor by accident...it was very hot. looked at plug the wires were bare and touching

I think the positive on ground was holding injectors wide open all of them

Don’t think that would be the cause of dumping fuel. Maybe they’re not scaled correctly???

On a stock set up, the ecu controls the ground side to open and close injectors. It always has +12 on hot side.

Was the car running before and this is a new issue? Make sure the injector wires are correct for each cylinder

Ok, I’ll be the alarmist and point out that you’re describing fuel everywhere and wiring issues, and I’m hearing the ingredients for an engine fire: and not the good kind. At least keep a big ABC fire extinguisher within reach till it’s sorted.
It's literally right next to me 👍🏻

Is it SD or MAF? Why the wires on the car is messed up? in what timing the car stopped running?
Check the wideband analog output wire to EMS. By seeing the pics, the AFR is 5.69. Maybe O2 it's at

SD and yes #2 is 0
What should it read if I only have 1 aem wideband in the down pipe ?
The guy before me ran car into bad condition. Oil everywhere looks like a remote oil cooler hooked up like crap and sprayed car engine bay for long time

Nope didn't change anything .the voltage 5.69 key forward car not running
I don't know maybe you are confused and are talking about the 5.69 in the pic above (that's not voltage. the voltage should be between 0v and 5v). In case if you actually checked the voltage by a voltmeter or checked the O2 #1 voltage channel in AEMPro and if the voltage is really 5.69v, you may have some issue, such as a bad O2 sensor/gauge unit/wiring or maybe a bad ECU etc.

Unlikely but just in case let me ask you, isn't there a possibility that this car is tuned for methanol/ethanol fuel by the previous owner but you accidentally pumped gasoline?
And have you driven this car before by yourself or you just saw the previous owner was driving.

Ive driven it before .it was tuned for pump gas. Had elec problems wires barely put together with tape , been fixing stuff . Yea I seen the o2 voltage not the afr of the o2 Oops replied before I reread it .I parked it and didn't drive for long time and tried to start didn't even wanna turn over . I did change out the coolant temp sensor . The msd dis-2 was showing bad ground code . Is there a spot in the aem log that would show normal codes for engine trouble ? And what's the odds of a aeromotive fpr going bad ? I tested the injectors they opened and closed like were supposed to with a 9v battery spraying injector cleaner through them . I tested with noid light but not spark plug to ground . I have coil over plug set up
