FP Green Turbine Housing

So I know the Green has the td06h housing. I am getting one of these turbos soon but apparenty it needs a turbine housing.

Anybody have a good place for me to acquire one?

You could try Forced Performance< they hmay have some laying around.

Mitsubishi does not produce a TD06H bolt-on housing- they're all specially made by machining a standard (non-Evo III) 7cm TD05H housing to fit the TD06H wheel. If you buy a new 7cm housing then pay to have it machined, you could be looking at some serious coinage.

Try Bullseye; you'll want the TMM3. The BEP housing will actually be an upgrade to any machined MHI housing because of it's larger a/r and centered-volute design.

Let me ask you this, does this looks like a real FP Green? And yes, the welded hole is the reason why I wanted to get another housing, but I was also thinking of drilling it out since Im planning on running a WG off the o2 housing.

It does, but as long as it's a 50-trim Garrett compressor mated to a TD06H turbine, it's a FP Green no matter who built it.

mitsu housing and an FP stamp...I dont see the issue of needing another housing just get a fp manifold and run a tial wastegate and your in business

If I DID decide to go with this housing and the FP mani, I would have to weld a flange the mani for a Tial. That sounds complicated enogh for me since I dont want to go through the hassle. I'd rather drill out the hole.

Since FP doesn't believe in running wastegates off the manifold and doesn't offer their manifold with a wastegate provision, and wastegate hole the OP's turbine housing is welded completely shut eliminating any possibility of using an external gate off the o2 housing, where do you suggest he places the wastegate?

I think it may be possible to use a burr and slowly grind down the welds to bring the hole back to its original size. Im wondering since he welded flush on the flange instead of INTO the cavity (where the flapper was) if he may have ruined the integrity of how flat the flange is. So basically, will a gasket be able to seal.
